It has been rainy and overcast since we arrived a week ago, but yesterday we were treated to the most amazing afternoon light that included one of the prettiest sunsets I've seen in a while.
I've been following your blog for a while now and I'd like to thank you. Not just for the unique and beautiful art you share but for showing me that you can make pictures out of everything around us. I haven't been spending as much time as I should with my camera, thinking I have to get out of my house, my neighborhood to capture something interesting. I know I don't have that excuse any more. So thanks for showing me that there is interest, color and design surrounding us, no matter what our surrounding! Your views are beautiful!
I did a search this morning for Mexican Artist Blogs and found yours. Wow I understand why so many artist find so much creative inspiration from Mexico! Such a visually lush environment! Just a beautiful blog I will be back!
You must feel on top of the world, or at least the mountain, in your new(old) location - as you've lived right next door before! Thanks for the lovely interior AND exterior photos.
Wow, everywhere you live is beautiful...inside and out. And you seem to have moving down to an art...you could be a military wife in another life... thanks for sharing, Geninne.
I love all your photos .. a very quiet atmosphere made me feel at home visiting in your blog .. Please visit my blog at www.mydrco.blogspot.com thank you
Geninne...I have spoken to you on Etsy about your work...I think I just left the neighborhood you moved into! this looks like Nevado de Toluca...we had a view from our home in LE, Lerma! We just moved back to now live in Houston, and are missing the temperatures, the rains, and views! I have tons of friends in the area...let me know if you need connections of fun people!
@Debi: That's too funny! Wish we would've met while you were still here. We've lived here on and off for the past ten years! Please email me at geninne@gmail.com Would love to meet new friends in the area. I clicked on your profile but couldn't get your email.
Oh my goodness. Beautiful home and beautiful shots. I'm sorry if you've answered this a billion times, but I need to know, what lens are you using?! Specifically for the interior shots.
Ich bin absoluter Geninne-fan...ich liebe deine Bilder, dein Wohnstil, deine Deko aus Naturmaterialien und sogar euren wundervoll fotogenen Hund! Herzlich Grüsse aus der Schweiz Carmen
