Almost Finished

A lot of people asked me if I was using some kind of stabilizer
so I wanted to show you the back. I didn't use one simply out of ignorance.
I had no idea such a thing existed!
If I had known I would have probably used a water soluble type
since I have super sensitive skin and can't wear anything scratchy.
I hope to finish it this weekend.
Just need to stitch the birdie and a couple of little petals.
***Only four more sleeps before Margie & Arounna arrive! :-)

It's so beautiful!!
beautiful.........
Oh I love it :)
Clever you.... this is beautifully done.

Dear Geninne
Surfing on Internet in the Wacom site my eyes saw a picture made from your wonderful elephant in the contest they made. I don’t know if you see it but I just want to tell you...I think some people use the work of other unscrupulous but in a contest it is a shame.

P.S. You work so hard and make so wonderful work to be steal
You must unstitch your embroidery and start again, like penelope when she waited Ulysse, like that the time goes more quick before your friend arrive.have a good time and bravo for your elephant
Oh my. Your work without a stabilizer is amazing. And it's so funny because as soon as I took one look I wondered what was behind it. Very inspiring. Now I must dig out my tees..
Once Margie and Arounna arrive, if you ever start to feel like it's a little crowded, it's because we are ALL trying to imagine ourselves there with you. I hope you have a wonderful visit together. I know you will. xo
¡Parece algo mágico, un sueño, realmente bello!
Un beso, Helena.
So beautiful!
And such a neat backside. Wonderful!
soooo beautiful.....what did you use for the soft colors within the stitches? Will those colors be permanent? I am excited about your Algeria fabric line as well. The colors are truly amazing.

You know I love this elephant;
but I love your honesty too!
You might try a cotton stabiliser, nice and soft for the skin.
