Thanks for the giveaway, I have like a month following your blog and I really admire your work!
I have a question about the stamps that you make... where can I buy mastercarve or just carving blocks in Mexico?? the thing is that I'm not even sure how to ask for it in the store hahah..

I would love to see this bird outside my window. He or she is so stunning! I do not believe we have that bird around here. Beautiful photo you got.
You are lucky to have this wonderful small red friend. Here in Québec Canada in winter we dont have a lot of flying friends in winter. Today, we have big snow flakes falling and no flying birds around...but yesterday I had the pleasure to see my wonderfull blue jay who came heating their peanuts ! They make my day. Nature is so greatfull and you know how to transfert it whith your magic brushes on paper.
Have a nice day !

Your photos are beautiful and I love them so much.
I feel a strange kind of connection to you in that I'm from Ontario and have dreamed of building my own eco-house. I get inspiration each time you share photos of your area and house - gives me something to dream of ...as if somehow because we are from the same province it makes it more possible for me LOL! not very logical but oh well! I'll take inspiration and hope anywhere I can.
Thank you for the sharing you do here on your blog.
So happy to have found your blog! Your art work is just stunning. I had printed out some of your place cards and gift tags at Christmas. I just love birds, too.

"Him": because females are not as brilliant in colour.
what a joy it is to have such colorful visitors
What a beautiful bird and lovely photos
Geninne - do you ever sell stamps and tags? Also, will you sell the mini books in the future? Best, Melissa
Your drawings and crafts are so inspirational. How do you find the time to paint these adorable birds? I check your blog daily. Thanks!
What a lovely bird to spot - like a tiny flame of color. My boys and I have several feeders outside our windows and try to catch any passerines. We've seen a few, but nothing as vibrant.
This is the most devine little bird the colour is amazing , great photography ...

I should say also that my 4 years old daughter looked at me looking at your blog, and then sh'es been drawing very cute you-are-a-part-of-me-like birds!
And when i'm looking at your flicker albums, my 2 years old son love to look at the birds, showing the screen saying "coucou, là" = "birdie, there"
And also, after beeing inspired by your blog, i carved a stamp for my wishing-good-year cards this year!

Hi Geninne - love your photos! (And your gorgeous watercolors of course!) Would it be okay with you if I used the bird photos as inspiration to paint and post on my art blog? I'd be happy to link back and give you credit! :)
Hi Geninne - Your blog, artwork and photos always make me smile. I'd love to win, so I could finally have a little piece of your artwork.
This little red bird friend of yours is just gorgeous!
Thanks for doing what you do and sharing your talent with us.
Qué hermoso es! Los pajaritos ya saben que si pasean cerca de tu casa, seguro aparecen en el blog jaaja!
Wish I'd caught the give away on time. Love your work!
Oh, good, comments are open again! I was excited to see your illustration on a crossword puzzle book in the bookstore in my little town! I felt like telling the people around me, "See, here, this was painted by a friend of mine!"
I love all of your artwork! It is most beautiful and unique....
Dear Geninne,
outside my window I can see a band of very talkative maritacas (small green parrots) and one day I also had the visit of a bold hummingbird! But no way to take a picture of them! Thanks for sharing your pictures, drawings and artworks with us.
Have a great weekend!
Thank you for the Vermillion picture, it's breath taking! Where I live in Georgia, I have 4 feeders and I get to enjoy the finches, cardinals, sparrows, wrens, titmouse and chicadees. I'm happy with them, but would love the op to see more exotic species.
Nice blog. Keep going on...
