The colors and textures all mesh so well, you definitely have the eye for composition and I love the bird collage, especially that you have given them butterfly wings. You are one gifted gal! Thanks for sharing.
The ink nibs were a big hit at our Houston Calligraphy Guild Workshop. Saw them in this post. Your portrait of Israel is precious. My son, Daly, is 16, and I have watercolored several of him over the years. Now he is driving! Every moment is special that we have with our boys.
P.S. I came across this paper making tutorial and thought of you (since you always use such beautiful paper).Looks like a fun project! http://www.kissthegroom.com/2009/09/handmade-paper/
I love your blog and read it every day for inspiration. I finally got some mineral oil and beeswax to make your "spoon oil" recipe, but now cannot find it. Is there any way you could send me the recipe? I would be so grateful.
Thank you for this nice picture. I especially love the box Allumettes qui s'allument... (Can't read the rest of the sentence). Nice collection. Thank you for sharing

would you ever sell a stationary set or more planners in the future? i would love to purchase some birds!
gorgeous collection of vintage and ephemera! I'm just starting to collect these types of things too - very fun to have such a stash for inspiration.
Beautiful...! LOVE the colors!
Oh, those two birds are beautiful! And I love the juxtaposition of that nice watercolour paper against the stone.

I love how you surround yourself with inspiration!
I buy the same matches, and solely because of the pretty bird design on the box.
