I never heard of acrylic ink before.. Is it like the 'fluid' acrylic and then used with a pen? I wondered for a while now how you do those subtle white accents. Lovely :)
I just came across your lovely blog! I was searching the internet to find something about stamp carving and I found your video tutorial, then your blog and Etsy shop. I'm totally impressed! You are such a talented artist! I've just become your reader! Greetings from Hungary: Agnes * http://bakarasz.blogspot.com *
It's wonderful to see stages of your process. I don't know much about paints but I'm guessing that the white lines and details are the acrylic ink? Does it come in a pen?
Maybe you've already done something like this, but if a person wanted to just start out "playing" with watercolors (and ink) what would you recommend as the basics?
Loved seeing your pets over the years - and your hair! These cats and moths are wonderful - lovely colors. I like how you mix animals with other creatures.
