I'm working on a small collection of flora & fauna you might find in the desert for a new Tiny Book I want to make. I made this digital collage with my watercolor images and vintage maps.
Geninne, this is absolutely beautiful. I really like the maps in the background. They give a nice contrast to the paintings. My favorites are the purple cactus and the green cactus with the red flower in the top right corner.
A sight for sore eyes. These are so creative + pretty! It's almost impossible to choose a favourite - but I'm inclined to the purple cactus, and the two above it.
Hey, those are gorgeous. Of course the first thing I'm thinking when I see them is: "Those would make great board game tokens if they were transferred to wooden discs!" (via these thread tutorials: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/456884/another-way-to-transfer-images-to-wood or this: http://boardgamegeek.com/article/3696980#3696980) 0.0 Perhaps it could be about exploration with mini-quests to get cool items and treasures while finding new species of animals and plants?
Oh, I love these - the beautiful watercolour details combined with the maps. Fabulous. I also love the sketching tool/fun-thing-I-can't-stop-playing-with that you linked to in your last post. Thanks for sharing :-)
