The minute I picked up that jacaranda seed pod I knew it was a sneak head :) All it took was two paper fangs, a little bit of glue and my beloved white acrylic ink.
me encanta recolectar pedazos de naturaleza para mis trabajos :) aunque la verdadera belleza esté en los "ejemplares vivos". Una serpiente muy original!
Ha ha, very imaginative! I have a friend who once found a banksia (Australian native plant) seed pod that looked exactly like a mouse!!! Food for your jacaranda snake perhaps? ;)
Beautiful! I love the colors in this image!
Hehe - a snake under cover! :)
Cute snake! I love the colors in the photo too. (my verification word is "fanga" like the fangs)

Love it!
Hisssss.

Your jacaranda seed pods are so different in colour to mine (and not just the snake eye green!)
I'm a bit freaked out as I posted a snake head painting on my site today...cue Twilight theme music...
Love how the Jacaranda blossoms glow like fairy-sized lamp shades.
Cheers,
Cindy
Sorry, that should have been "Twilight ZONE" music, in case there was any confusion with Vampires vs Werewolves movies....
He's a happy, smiling snake. :-)
Que creativa!!! Genial!

Oh how fun! Thanks for the smile this morning!
What fun! I see sting rays when I look at those husks.
In your honour and in honour of all the Illustrators and Painters, I published
an illustration.
Great !!!!!
Funny... i made a pair of earings with a seed like that. It looks good in necklaces too.
But a snake? It never came to my mind! Looks great!..
