gorgeous flutterby! right up there with your gorgeous birds...perhaps you could also create a gorgeous deer?? thanks so much for sharing...you always make me smile ;)
this is so precious! i like the butterfly you picked. it reminds me of a project that I did, that my art teacher blogged about: http://www.amarettogirl.com/blog/2010/2/10/butterfly-magic-paper-art-inspiration.html
Two things: I love your fake specimen, and I blogged one of your prints at http://theanimalarium.blogspot.com/2010/02/sunday-safari-lovebirds.html (sorry for the late notice, and a belated happy valentine's day)
This is a clever idea - just love it. I remember when my son made a bug collection for a school project years and years ago. Yours is sweet I love the displays your arrange. Lots of interesting collectibles.
You've got a lovely blog. I'd love to follow you, - but I'm fresh blogging and don't understand where to find the sign up. - Is it the e-mail update? Because I'd like to follow on blogspot and not in my private e-mail. - I'd love to step by again :)
Hey, i'm Ploy from Thailand. I've been visiting your wonderful blog for a while and i wonder you did all the paper yourself if so please tell me how because i wanted to do the fixed size of paper that strong enough to make water colour work of it.
That is really cool! I am a collector at heart, and so is my son, but I can't stomach the idea of pinning up a bunch of dead bugs in the house. This would be a great alternative.
you are such a lovely, creative soul! I'm going to show my boys this. I have a feeling we'll have our own faux butterfly collection soon. Thank you for the continual inspiration.
So very pretty, it looks so real!
I adore this! Beautiful!!!
I love your blog so very much! Thank you for a lot of inspiration...

Hi! This is my first visit and I am really happy because I found your blog.
This is really beautyful!
We went to the best bug museum last summer and I was thinking of a project for the kids to recreate some of what they saw there. This is so perfect!
Oh my!! I love this! Will you be selling these in your shop? My husband refuses to let me decorate with real bugs but this he'd have to agree to :-)
WOW!!! the only one butterfly i can have in my home!
i love it .. neat idea!! what a pretty blue!

I need to try this! I have some fantastic butterfly stamps. What a great way to spend another wintry weekend! As always, thanks for the inspiration!
