great attitude. great+attitude=gratitude? thanks for creativity and the opportunity to pursue it, even it it is tiny moments snatched during a busy life.
I was just thinking the very same thing! Gratitude is good stuff. It's especially beautiful to share it with others. Your peaceful, colorful birds always make me feel calm and uplifted.
Nothing better! Look forward to seeing the bird illustration when it's finished. You might have missed my comment on your Valentine heart - just a little award I left you on my blog last week.http://carolinesstudio.blogspot.com/2009/02/7-things-i-love.html No obligation to pass it on - I know that some people are not keen on tagging!!!
I am incredibly envious in a healthy kind of way. I admire all your work and I think it is really a blessing to be able to do what you love to do. I hope someday I'd be able to have the courage to do the same. :)
I couldn't agree more. I'm always trying to replace those things that are stressful and make me unhappy with the things I love. Wish everyone I know could make livings off their true life's passions!
Thank you for sharing the photos of your process. Since I'm not an artist, but love your birds (I just received mine last week - thank you, I love it!!), I was so interested to see how they come about.
Your birdies are gorgeous!
A day of gratitude! The love shows in your paintings. They just feel happy!
I am blessed to do the same as well.
Isn't life swell?:)

I am blessed to homeschool my kids. I love it! By the way, great to see you in "Artful Blogging."
You're absolutely right!
I do have to work for 8 hours a day doing graphic art work for other people, before I can start on my own artwork, but it is still all from home!
No commuting. I love it. That's hours and hours of extra "art" time every week!
great attitude. great+attitude=gratitude?

I am thankful for you geninne ,your amazing birdies and the fact that although you live so far away it is times like this that you feel so close.
Lovely painting, and lovely sentiment! Soon I will be able to work fulltime from home creating art as well. It will be a dream come true.

I love working from home too and I love your paintings.
I'm thrilled you are able to do what you love - and even more thrilled that you share these little glimpses! Lovely, lovely, lovely.
GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!

I love your birdies! They remind me of Charles Harper's whimsical serigraphs that also have a message. I found you through E. Floyd's blog.
