How the devil??? I just received the assignment for IF. Wonderful rendering. I shyed away from trying because I thought they would all look like Manhattan. The white on black is so striking. The composition is delicious. I'm always happy after I visit your blog Gennine!
Great idea - you're using the paper all around like children do at first. You have so many lovely details in your drawing! And it's really beautiful with the black and white.

I love the contrast of the white on the black, and I love the way the buildings go around the border. I could see this as a decorative tile...it's great!
Oh wow, this is brilliant! I wish I had the patience for this style, but I haven't. It could be a carpet! I really like the white on black instead of vice versa.
